Abilities Centre is a 125,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility that offers sports, fitness, arts and life skills programming, as well as research and education opportunities, for people of all ages and abilities.

Recognized as an International Centre of Excellence for its fully accessible design and inclusive environment, world-class partnerships and signature programming, the multi-award winning facility includes 3 basketball courts, indoor walking/running track, training and exercise rooms, theatre, lounge, studio, sensory and game rooms, and a boardroom, along with various sports, fitness and fine arts programs.
